Responsibilities Conduct esthetic laser treatments safely and effectively, ensuring compliance with all safety protocols and manufacturer guidelines Must be familiar with Candela GentleMax Pro Plus Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and retail sales opportunities to support ongoing skin health Maintain strict sanitation standards by properly cleaning and sterilizing equipment and treatment areas between clients Communicate clearly with clients to understand their goals, answer questions, and provide personalized treatment plans that foster trust and satisfaction Promote retail products and additional services to enhance client results and increase revenue opportunities Qualifications Must have 2 years of experience Strong knowledge of skincare ingredients, spa services, and aesthetic laser technology Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients and explain treatment options clearly Demonstrated commitment to sanitation standards and safety procedures in all treatments Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Passion for continuing education in esthetics, new treatment techniques, and product knowledge Embark on a rewarding career where your skills make a real difference!
