  • Record attendance at work by using online and hardcopy attendance recording systems.
  • Punctually operationalise Clinics or Sessions.
  • Ensure the comfort and well-being of the patients/customers.
  • Handle daily transactions, booking and scheduling of appointments.
  • Make post-treatment courtesy calls to all patients/customers as part of the service excellence protocol.
  • Follow up on patients/customers' upcoming appointments.
  • Responsible for explaining to patients/customers and ensuring they understand the benefits and procedures of the various treatments.
  • Help patients/customers understand the costs involved in the treatments.
  • Ensure the cleanliness of the treatment rooms and all areas.
  • Responsible for inventory stock-take.
  • Maintain good customer relations with patients/customers, their families and referring healthcare professionals.
  • Assist Clinicians with the use of standard equipment.
  • Provide on-the-job training to fellow colleagues when needed.
  • Work with the team to create a positive, high-energy atmosphere.
  • Identify and report incidents to the clinic manager for the necessary actions.
  • Any other work as assigned by the clinic manager/director.
