Beautiology Studio & Spa is hiring a Licensed Esthetician for our Mineola spa. We're not looking for someone to perform relaxing facials. We're looking for a skin specialist. Someone who blends clinical knowledge, intuition, and elevated hospitality, and who cares about client results as much as client experience. What you'll do Perform in-depth consultations and build tailored, multi-visit treatment plans Deliver bespoke, protocol-driven treatments with precision Educate clients on barrier function, acne triggers, ingredients, and home care Recommend professional, medical-grade retail honestly — no overselling Maintain immaculate sanitation and room standards Write thorough client notes and rebook with confidence Share in front desk coverage, studio cleaning, and inventory Participate in social media and marketing content featuring our treatments and results Modalities you'll work with Microdermabrasion, hydrodermabrasion, microcurrent, dermaplaning, nano-infusion, radio frequency, ultrasound, chemical peels, LED light therapy, gua sha, and Oxygen + cold therapy. Professional lines we carry Epicutis, Environ, GlyMed+, and Face Reality. Le Mieux. Skin Script, One Love Organics, and Image Skincare. Prior knowledge of these brands is a plus. What we're looking for

Required:

Active New York State Esthetician license

Required:
