Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Master Injector - Botox & Dermal Filler Specialist to elevate our aesthetic practice with expert-level injection techniques and comprehensive patient care. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in botulinum toxin treatments, dermal fillers, and other advanced aesthetic procedures, coupled with excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to safety and sanitation standards. Duties Administer botulinum toxin (Botox) injections and dermal fillers with precision, ensuring natural-looking results tailored to each client's unique facial anatomy and aesthetic goals Conduct comprehensive consultations to assess client needs, explain treatment options, and set realistic expectations for outcomes Perform a variety of aesthetic procedures including chemical peels, dermabrasion, laser treatments, body waxing, hair threading, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and nail care as needed to provide holistic beauty services Maintain strict sanitation protocols and adhere to all safety guidelines during procedures to ensure client well-being and regulatory compliance Educate clients on post-treatment care, potential side effects, and maintenance routines to optimize results and foster ongoing relationships Upsell products and additional treatments through engaging client communication and product demos to enhance client satisfaction and practice revenue Skills Proven expertise in injection administration of botulinum toxin (Botox) and dermal fillers with a thorough understanding of facial anatomy and injection techniques Strong management skills to oversee treatment rooms, maintain sanitation standards, and ensure smooth daily operations Experience working within the beauty or medical aesthetics industry, including knowledge of esthetic laser treatments, chemical peels, dermabrasion, and other aesthetic treatments Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly about treatment options and outcomes; adept at client communication and guest services Knowledge of retail sales techniques for product recommendations; experience conducting product demos to educate clients about skincare lines or cosmetic products Strong sanitation practices aligned with industry standards; ability to educate team members on proper hygiene protocols Effective management of multiple responsibilities including front desk coordination and supporting overall salon or clinic operations Additional skills in hospitality or barbering are advantageous for creating a welcoming environment; familiarity with chemical peels, dermabrasion procedures, or other advanced aesthetic modalities is a plus Join our team where your expertise will inspire confidence in every client while advancing your career in the vibrant world of beauty aesthetics!
