Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and skilled Licensed Esthetician to join our vibrant team at Waterstone SPA at the Ashland Springs Hotel located in downtown Ashland. In this role, you will deliver exceptional aesthetic treatments and personalized skincare services that enhance our clients' natural beauty. Your expertise in various esthetic procedures will help create a welcoming environment where clients feel valued and confident. Duties Perform a wide range of esthetic treatments including facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, dermabrasion, and laser treatments to meet client needs. Provide specialized services such as lip blush tattooing, eyeliner pigment application, microblading, and permanent makeup with precision and care. Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and aftercare instructions to ensure optimal results. Maintain strict adherence to tattooing and piercing safety regulations, sanitation standards, and infection control protocols. Manage client records accurately using electronic medical record (EMR) systems while ensuring confidentiality of medical records. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their aesthetic goals and recommend suitable treatments or products. Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and safety during all procedures to ensure client safety and satisfaction. Skills Proven experience in esthetic treatments including facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, dermabrasion, and laser therapy. Expertise in tattooing techniques such as lip blush, microblading, eyeliner pigment application, and permanent makeup procedures. Strong knowledge of tattooing safety regulations, sanitation practices, infection control measures, and client communication skills. Familiarity with cosmetology principles including color theory and anatomy knowledge relevant to aesthetic procedures. Ability to operate EMR systems efficiently for managing medical records and treatment documentation. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to educate clients about aesthetic treatments and skincare products. $46.00 - $55.00 per hour
