The goal of this role is to deliver a high-quality patient experience while helping patients understand and move forward with appropriate treatment plans.
Commission:
Retroactive monthly commission based on eligible collected sales credited to the esthetician.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform aesthetic services within applicable licensure, training, scope of practice, company protocols, and medical oversight requirements. Conduct treatment-focused consultations and understand each patient's concerns and goals. Educate patients on appropriate treatment plans and set realistic expectations. Recommend and sell appropriate treatment packages, memberships, treatment series, complementary services, and approved home-care products.previous patients.dates, and outcomes.professional presentation.training, and other assigned revenue-support activities.
STANDARD COMMISSION PLAN
Commission are average of 9%-12% commission is retroactive. For example, once $40,000 in eligible collected sales is reached,the 12% rate applies to the entire $40,000 for that month. Rebook patients and maintain continuity through recommended treatment schedules. Follow up with unsold consultations, incomplete treatment plans, no-shows, cancellations, and Maintain accurate treatment notes, CRM records, recommendations, payments, follow-up Maintain treatment-room sanitation, equipment readiness, inventory awareness, and Use non-treatment time productively for follow-up, rebooking, reactivation, patient education
PRODUCTIVE-TIME EXPECTATIONS
This is an active treatment and revenue-producing role. When not actively treating a patient,paid time is expected to be used productively.
Activities may include:
Rebooking current patients. Following up with patients who received recommendations but did not purchase or schedule. Reactivating previous patients and qualified leads. Recovering no-shows and cancellations. Following up on unfinished treatment series and open treatment plans. Educating appropriate patients about packages, memberships, complementary services,approved home-care, and payment options.tasks. Reviewing upcoming appointments and patient history. Requesting reviews and referrals through the approved process. Completing before-and-after documentation, treatment notes, CRM updates, and follow-up Preparing and sanitizing treatment rooms and maintaining equipment readiness.
