$12/hour + service commission + retail commission + 100% tips Lash & Company Conroe is growing, and we're looking for a motivated, client-focused Licensed Esthetician or Lash Artist who wants to build a long-term career and grow into a full-time clientele. This is a full-time-track position designed for someone who wants the stability of guaranteed hourly pay while also having the opportunity to increase their earnings through commission, tips, retail sales, and continued growth. Schedule & Full-Time Growth We are looking for providers who have approximately 40 hours of weekly availability and want to grow into a full-time schedule. Because we believe in building a healthy, sustainable book, scheduled hours will grow alongside your clientele and business demand. New providers may initially be scheduled approximately 15-25 hours per week, with the opportunity to grow toward 32-40 scheduled hours per week as their clientele and booking utilization increase. This allows you to build a strong, consistent book rather than relying solely on commission while getting established. What You'll Do Depending on licensing, training, and experience, services may include: Eyelash extensions Lash fills Korean and traditional lash lifts Brow laminations Brow waxing, shaping, and staining Facial services Waxing Client consultations Retail/product recommendations Rebooking and client retention Creating before-and-after and social media content when needed We're Looking For Someone Who Is Currently licensed in Texas as required for services performed Passionate about the beauty and esthetics industry Reliable and professional Comfortable communicating with clients Motivated to build and retain a clientele Willing to promote themselves and help grow their book Coachable and eager to continue learning Team-oriented with a positive attitude Available for a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends Interested in growing into a long-term, full-time position Newer artists are welcome to apply. Experienced artists may be eligible to enter at a higher provider level after completing a technical assessment and demonstrating the ability to independently meet Lash & Company standards.
