In this dynamic role, you will leverage your extensive knowledge of skincare, aesthetic treatments, to deliver engaging classroom instruction and hands-on training. Your expertise will help students develop essential skills in facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, laser treatments, and more, preparing them for successful careers in the beauty industry. Duties Deliver comprehensive lessons on skincare, facial techniques, body waxing, eyelash extensions, laser treatments, and other aesthetic procedures Develop detailed lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards and industry best practices Supervise students during practical sessions to ensure safety, proper technique, and adherence to hygiene protocols Mentor students on professional development, client communication, and industry ethics Assess student progress through evaluations, practical demonstrations, and written assessments Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment equipped with up-to-date tools and products Stay current with industry trends and incorporate new techniques such as dermabrasion, hair coloring, hair extensions, and aesthetic laser treatments into lessons Requirements Valid state licensure as an Esthetician with experience in skincare and aesthetic treatments Proven experience working in the beauty industry with skills in massage therapy, hair styling, barbering, or cosmetology preferred Strong knowledge of anatomy related to skin health and facial anatomy Prior classroom experience or teaching certification in adult education or cosmetology instruction preferred Ability to effectively mentor students in practical skills such as facial treatments, makeup application, nail care, and trigger point therapy Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage diverse learners Demonstrated expertise in lesson planning and curriculum development for esthetician programs Knowledge of advanced procedures including aesthetic laser treatments and deep tissue massage is a plus Join us to empower future beauty professionals through energetic teaching that inspires confidence and mastery.
