In this dynamic role, you will deliver exceptional skincare treatments, body waxing services, and aesthetic procedures that enhance our clients' natural beauty and confidence. Your expertise will help create a welcoming environment where clients feel pampered, valued, and inspired to achieve their skincare goals. Responsibilities Perform a wide range of esthetic services including facials, eyebrow laminations, eyelash lifts and body waxing with precision and care. Provide professional consultations to recommend personalized skincare routines and treatment plans. Maintain impeccable sanitation standards and ensure all equipment is properly sterilized according to industry regulations. Utilize salon software such as vagaro to schedule appointments, process transactions, and manage client records efficiently. Deliver outstanding customer service by creating a positive experience that encourages repeat visits and client loyalty. Promote retail sales of skincare products and treatment packages to enhance client results and satisfaction. Experience Valid state licensure as an Esthetician with certification in cosmetology or barbering preferred. Prior experience performing body waxing, facial treatments, eyelash extensions, eyebrow lamination. Familiarity with salon management software such as Vagaro or similar platforms. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with diverse clients. Experience in retail sales within a beauty or wellness environment is advantageous.
