Fairfax, Virginia (in-person) About the Role We're looking for an experienced, licensed NP or PA to join our aesthetics practice as an injector alongside our board-certified plastic surgeon. This is a commission-only position ideal for a self-motivated provider who wants to build (or bring) a book of business, has a strong personal brand, and is confident performing neuromodulator and dermal filler treatments independently.

Compensation & Structure Commission:

30% of net revenue (after cost of goods/COGS) on all services performed COGS includes injectable product cost (neuromodulator, filler) as well as retail skincare sold;

Example:

on a treatment/product sale with COGS deducted, provider earns 30% of the remaining net revenu e Pay basis: Commission-only — no hourly wage or base salary Commission is typically calculated and paid out on collected revenue (not simply booked), on a schedule to be confirmed (e.g., bi-weekly/monthly) Provider is generally engaged as an independent contractor (1099) for this arrangement, which means: No employer-provided health insurance, PTO, or paid sick leave. Provider is responsible for their own taxes (quarterly estimated payments) Provider sets/negotiates their own schedule within clinic availability (subject to clinic hours) Requirements Active, unrestricted NP or PA license in the Commonwealth of Virginia. Minimum 2 years of hands-on aesthetic injecting experience, specifically with: Neuromodulators (Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, Jeuveau, etc.), and Dermal fillers (Juvéderm, Restylane, RHA, etc.) Must carry own professional/malpractice liability insurance (proof of active coverage required) Current CPR/BLS certification Any required state certifications (e.g., controlled substance registration, if applicable) must be current Signed collaborative/supervision agreement with practice physician, per VA requirements Reliable transportation and ability to work on-site Preferred Active, professional social media presence (Instagram/TikTok, etc.) showcasing before/afters, client engagement, and personal brand — comfortable being featured in practice marketing Existing aesthetics clientele/book of business a plus Additional aesthetic certifications (e.g., Sculptra, laser, IV therapy) a plus Strong consultative sales skills and comfort discussing treatment plans and pricing with clients Schedule Full-time or part-time — flexible based on provider availability and clinic needs Schedule to be mutually agreed upon; consistency in scheduled hours is expected once set What We Provide Treatment room, front desk/scheduling support, and marketing platform Product/inventory (cost deducted per COGS structure above) Opportunity to build your own client base within an established practice

Pay:

$100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
