The Ideal Candidate We are looking for a motivated and personable professional who: Is passionate about aesthetics, skincare, and wellness Provides exceptional, personalized patient care Has strong communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrates professionalism and attention to detail Prioritizes patient safety and follows clinical best practices Builds genuine, long-term relationships with patients Is eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a new and expanding practice Takes pride in creating a welcoming and positive patient experience Responsibilities Depending on the position, responsibilities may include: Perform customized facials and aesthetic skin treatments Educate clients on treatment plans and medical-grade skincare products Recommend and retail professional skincare products based on client needs Maintain accurate client treatment records Ensure treatment rooms are clean, organized, and fully stocked Follow all state and local licensing regulations and safety protocols Maintain professional liability insurance Deliver outstanding customer service while creating a welcoming, luxury experience Collaborate with providers and team members to support practice growth Qualifications Current Esthetician license (required) Knowledge of medical-grade skincare products and aesthetic treatments Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong customer service and sales abilities Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented Positive attitude and team-first mindset
