Key Responsibilities:

Perform a wide range of aesthetic treatments, including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and laser therapies. Conduct personalized consultations to assess skin concerns and design individualized treatment plans. Provide or assist with medical-grade procedures and energy-based treatments under physician supervision if needed Maintain clinical documentation and follow all safety and sanitation standards. Educate clients on skincare routines and promote medical-grade products. Actively market your services on social media (Instagram, Facebook) and participate in community engagement and promotional events. Manage appointments efficiently and contribute to smooth daily operations. Collaborate with the physician team to ensure top-tier results and patient satisfaction. Contribute to the business growth through self-marketing, patient retention, and service innovation.

Requirements:

Current Virginia Aesthetician or Master Aesthetician License . 2+ years of experience in a medical spa, dermatology, or advanced aesthetic setting preferred. Excellent communication skills and a polished, professional demeanor. Strong comfort and proven presence on Instagram and Facebook ; must be proactive in personal and business marketing. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to grow a clientele independently (with full marketing support). Background check and two professional referrals required prior to hiring.

Compensation:

Commission and profit-sharing model with pathway to partnership . Ownership consideration upon proven commitment and performance.
