Licensed Master Esthetician - Part-Time With Opportunity for Full-Time Chopra Cosmetic Surgery is seeking a licensed Master Esthetician to provide personalized, results-driven skincare treatments in our luxury plastic surgery and medical aesthetics practice in Fairfax, Virginia. Compensation and Schedule $22 per hour for onsite working hours 20% commission on procedures that do not require consumable products 10% commission on procedures requiring consumable products and on skincare product sales Position will begin part-time, with the opportunity to transition into full-time based on patient demand, performance and business needs Appointment-based schedule with onsite attendance required when patients are scheduled Initial hours will vary and are not guaranteed Responsibilities Perform aesthetic treatments within Virginia licensure and practice protocols Conduct thoughtful patient consultations and recommend appropriate treatment plans Educate patients about skincare, treatment preparation and aftercare Maintain accurate documentation and before-and-after photography Support patient retention through follow-up and rebooking Maintain a clean, organized and treatment-ready environment Participate in practice-approved social media and marketing content Deliver a polished, attentive patient experience consistent with our brand Qualifications Active Virginia Master Esthetician license Professional experience in a medical spa, dermatology or plastic surgery setting preferred Strong consultation, sales and patient-retention skills Dependable and comfortable working an appointment-based schedule Professional appearance and excellent communication skills Motivated to build and retain a loyal patient following Social media presence or portfolio demonstrating previous work is preferred This opportunity is best suited for a motivated esthetician who values initial schedule flexibility and wants to grow into a larger role as their patient schedule develops.
