Responsibilities Perform a wide range of skincare treatments including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, and eyelash extensions to meet individual client needs. Deliver spa services such as body waxing, waxing services, deep tissue massage, and other relaxation therapies to ensure client satisfaction. Conduct esthetic laser treatments with precision and adhere to safety protocols to achieve optimal results. Provide expert product demonstrations, recommend skincare products, and educate clients on proper home care routines. Maintain strict sanitation and hygiene standards throughout all procedures to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their goals, answer questions, and deliver personalized aesthetic solutions. Support retail sales by promoting skincare products and treatment packages that align with client needs. Qualifications Proven experience in skincare, spa services, or esthetic treatments such as facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, or dermabrasion. Certification or licensure in cosmetology or esthetics as required by local regulations. Skilled in performing waxing services including body waxing and facial waxing techniques. Knowledge of esthetic laser treatments and eyelash extension application is highly desirable. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and build lasting client relationships. Ability to maintain high standards of sanitation and safety at all times. Excellent communication skills to effectively explain treatments and product benefits to clients.
