We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and passionate Washington State Licensed Master Aesthetician to join our growing team. Responsibilities Perform advanced aesthetic treatments including HydraFacial, XERF, RF microneedling, laser treatments, IPL, chemical peels, dermaplaning, and customized facials Conduct comprehensive skin consultations and develop personalized treatment plans Educate patients on treatment options and recommend medical-grade skincare Build long-term patient relationships through exceptional care and follow-up Recommend treatment plans and skincare to help patients achieve their goals Participate in marketing by creating educational social media content, before-and-after photos, and videos Assist with practice promotions and special events Maintain accurate treatment documentation Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and cleanliness to the highest standards Follow all infection control and safety protocols Deliver a luxury, five-star patient experience during every visit Qualifications Current Washington State Master Aesthetician License Medical aesthetics experience preferred Experience with laser treatments and advanced aesthetic procedures preferred Strong consultation, communication, and sales skills Comfortable creating social media content and appearing in educational videos Professional, dependable, positive, and team-oriented Passion for aesthetics and continuing education Schedule Approximately 32 hours per week, including Mondays, Tuesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays .
