Looking for someone to work weekdays and weekends. In this role, you will provide exceptional sugar waxing services to clients while ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment. Your expertise in various techniques and products will help enhance the client experience, promoting both satisfaction and loyalty. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and possess knowledge of salon software to efficiently manage appointments and client records. Must have experience sugaring for at least one year. Duties Perform a variety of waxing services, including but not limited to eyebrow, lip, and body waxing. Brazilian is the most common service. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to hygiene and safety standards. Utilize salon software such as Zenoti for appointment scheduling and client management. Provide excellent customer service by greeting clients warmly, addressing their needs, and ensuring their comfort during treatments. Educate clients on aftercare procedures and recommend products for maintaining skin health. Assist in retail sales by promoting waxing-related products to enhance client satisfaction. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations within the salon environment. Requirements Valid cosmetology or esthetics license. Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Knowledge of retail sales techniques and ability to promote products effectively. Familiarity with facials and hard wax is a plus. Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
