Our commitment is to enhance our clients' confidence and appearance with personalized optical and beauty solutions. As we embark on this exciting journey, we are seeking a Master Esthetician with proven management experience to lead our practice and new beauty division. This role is ideal for a visionary leader passionate about beauty and customer service excellence, aiming to make a significant impact in the beauty and optical sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Service Excellence:
Provide high-level esthetic services, including but not limited to Forma-I, Lumecca-I, Morpheus8, and consultations, ensuring each client receives personalized and expert care.
Business Development:
Collaborate with business owner to develop and implement strategies for the growth of the beauty division, including service expansion, brand partnerships, and client base growth.
Training & Development:
Design and conduct training programs for the team, ensuring they are equipped with the latest techniques and product knowledge.
Quality Control:
Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and professionalism adhering to state licensure and certification requirements.
Client Relationships:
Build and maintain strong client relationships, gathering feedback to continuously improve service offerings and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
  • Valid Master Esthetician license with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience.
  • Strong business acumen with experience in budget management, sales, and operational efficiency.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and inspire a team.
  • Passionate about the beauty industry with a keen eye for emerging trends and treatments.
  • Proficient in scheduling and inventory management software.
