Reporting to the Spa Director, the Spa massage therapist will be required to have in-depth knowledge of several massage modalities along with hands-on experience. The massage therapist will be required to perform massage and body treatments. They are licensed massage therapists that are qualified to address concerns based on that assessment as well as the medical condition of the client, make treatment and product recommendations that are available at Spa Serein. Base compensation starts at $17.13 per hour, with potential earnings average up to $49.00 per service hour (inclusive of hourly rate, 20% commission on services provided, service charge and gratuities).IDEAL CANDIDATES WILL HAVE
EXPERIENCE:
Experience in hotels preferred, customer service required, valid Washington State Massage License, minimum three years of hands-on massage experience preferred, patience, professionalism and respect for spa guests.EDUCATION
High School Diploma or its equivalent, and current WA State Massage Therapist License. Current massage therapist license (WA) Excellent organizational skills Excellent communication skills Ability to adapt to changing business demands and guest needs Ability to work a flexible schedule: Friday-Sunday 9am-2pm or 2pm-7pm, Monday, Wednesday or Thursdays 10am-6pm. Possess a gracious, friendly and fun demeanorCOMPENSATION
Starting hourly wage is $17.13. Hourly Wage Range is $17.13 - $19 per hour and is based on tenure, applicable experience and work history. Base compensation starts at $17.13 per hour, with potential earnings average up to $49.00 per service hour (inclusive of hourly rate, 20% commission on services provided, service charge and gratuities).BENEFITS
