Conducting periodic audits to ensure that records are complete and in order.
Compliance:
Adhering to company policies and relevant regulations related to record-keeping and document management.
Collaboration:
Working with other departments to meet their record needs and provide excellent support.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Basic computer skills, including proficiency in word processing and data entry.
Organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Prior experience in a similar role or in an administrative capacity can be beneficial but not always required.
