Job Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Laundry Attendant, where your energy and attention to detail will ensure our guests experience the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort. In this vital role, you will be responsible for efficiently handling all laundry operations, maintaining pristine linen and clothing supplies, and supporting the overall cleanliness of our facility. Your proactive approach and dedication will contribute to creating a welcoming environment that guests love to return to. Duties Operate industrial laundry machines, including washers, dryers, and specialty equipment for dry cleaning when applicable. Sort, wash, dry, fold, and organize linens, towels Ensure all laundry items meet quality standards by inspecting for stains, damages, or irregularities before distribution. Maintain cleanliness of laundry areas by regularly cleaning machines and workspaces to uphold hygiene standards. Assist in inventory management by tracking supplies and notifying supervisors when stock levels are low. Support guest requests promptly by providing clean linens or clothing items as needed. Follow safety procedures and proper handling techniques for cleaning chemicals and equipment. Requirements Prior experience in laundry services, hotel housekeeping, or related hospitality roles is preferred. Knowledge of laundry processes including washing, drying, stain removal, and dry cleaning techniques. Strong attention to detail to ensure the highest quality of linen and clothing presentation. Ability to operate commercial laundry machinery safely and efficiently. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
