Full job description

Duties:

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, common areas, and laundry facilities
• Perform general housekeeping tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, and mopping floors
• Change bed linens and towels
• Restock supplies in guest rooms and common areas
• Sort, wash, dry, and fold laundry
• Operate laundry equipment such as washers and dryers
• Handle guest requests and ensure their satisfaction with cleanliness standards

Skills:

• Experience with cleaning processes and techniques
• Knowledge of hotel housekeeping procedures and standards
• Ability to clean and sanitize various surfaces effectively
• Proficient in operating laundry equipment
• Attention to detail to ensure high cleanliness standards are met
• Strong organizational skills to manage laundry tasks efficiently
