Job Description
Lash Artist Licensed Esthetician (Must be licensed in the state of Colorado) You will be considered successful in this position if you: Demonstrate proficiency in all soft touch and medical grade services on lash and company service menu. Complete effective client consultations, and listen to clients needs and wants. Utilize before and after pictures to ensure client satisfaction and document treatments on approved Lash and Company Electronic Devices. Act with a professional and courteous bedside manner Solicit referrals and reviews from clients regularly. Stay up-to-date on industry innovation, treatments, protocols, and products. Attend continuing education after the initial training: in-spa workshops, classes, promotional, or any other required on the job trainings / meetings. Prescribe appropriate skin care regimens and sell recommended products to each client based on their unique needs. (Our providers are knowledgeable and well trained on the use of Revision Skincare) Maintain a clean and organized work space before, during, and after performing services. Help to maintain overall spa cleanliness. Utilize company tools / checklists to ensure work space meets Lash and Company cleanliness standards. Communicate well with clients, peers, and management.
