FULL-TIME BROW SPECIALIST

iLashHer® | Austell, Georgia iLashHer® is a professional commissioned based lash and brow studio looking for an experienced, professional and dependable Full-Time Brow Specialist to join our growing beauty team. This position is for a polished beauty professional who takes pride in their appearance, artistry, client experience, and work environment. We need someone who is trustworthy, self-motivated, and capable of managing their responsibilities without being micromanaged. At iLashHer®, we set our artists up for success. We provide the professional supplies, products, tools, and equipment needed to perform brow services, so you can focus on your craft and your clients. Our artists also benefit from an established clientele, ongoing client referrals, and consistent marketing .You'll be joining an established beauty studio with the systems and support already in place to help you build and maintain a strong book of business.

SERVICES MAY INCLUDE

Brow waxing and shaping Brow tinting Brow lamination Brow threading Henna or hybrid brow staining Airbrush brows Brow bleaching Consultations and customized brow recommendations

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

A valid Georgia esthetics or cosmetology license Professional brow-service experience Strong brow mapping, shaping, and color-matching skills A polished and professional appearance Dependability, punctuality, and consistent attendance Excellent communication and customer-service skills The ability to work independently without constant supervision Someone who follows directions and salon standards A clean, organized, and sanitary approach to every service A team-oriented attitude with positive, mature energy Someone who can receive feedback and apply it Consistent Saturday availability; Sunday scheduling may be discussed A willingness to grow with the salon and support its new direction
