$18.00 - $24.00 per hour, plus supplemental pay (commission and tips) Job Overview Stretch U Central West End is seeking a dedicated Stretch Tech / Flexibility Coach to join our team at our Central West End location. Ideal will have a background in kinesiology, exercise science, or related fields. You will play a key role in helping individuals improve mobility, prevent injuries, and boost performance while contributing to the growth of our studio. Key Responsibilities Deliver personalized assisted stretching sessions tailored to clients of diverse body types. Maintain professionalism in all client communications. Uphold a commitment to superior customer service, ensuring welcoming, helpful, and authentic interactions. Utilize downtime productively to support studio growth and development. Take proactive ownership of your responsibilities, treating the company as your own. Qualifications Background in kinesiology, exercise science, or related fields (preferred). Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently with clients.
