Simply Earth® Content Production Lead Simply Earth®, located in Hingham, WI, is seeking a fun person who wants to create images and videos that lead to sales. Loving essential oils is a HUGE plus. 401(k) matching Employee discount Flexible schedule Professional development assistance What Success Looks Like You're producing photo and video content every month — across our Recipe Box, Hero Kits, and Nature Packaged product lines — that's on-brand, on-schedule, and helps customers understand how to use our products with confidence. Responsibilities Shoot photo and video content Coordinate shoot schedules with talent, the warehouse, and the marketing team Style sets, prep props and ingredients Direct talent and presenters on camera Qualifications Experience is a plus, but we are also willing to train. The right candidate will have, or will be comfortable developing, the following skills: Shooting and producing photo/video content, including iPhone filming Directing talent on camera and coordinating production schedules across multiple teams Strong organizational skills Resourceful, hands-on problem solver (you'll sometimes need to build a prop or improvise a mock-up product) Familiarity or ability to learn Canva, Notion, and Google Drive/Workspace; experience with CapCut, Adobe Lightroom, Loom, or teleprompter apps is a plus
