Job Overview We are seeking a talented and energetic Manicurist to join our vibrant beauty team! In this role, you will deliver exceptional nail care services that enhance our clients' confidence and style. Your expertise in manicures, pedicures, gel nails, and nail extensions will help create a welcoming atmosphere where clients feel pampered and valued. As a key member of our salon, you'll also promote retail sales, uphold salon safety protocols, and ensure sanitation standards are meticulously maintained. Duties Perform professional manicure and pedicure treatments with precision and care, including gel manicures and nail extensions Apply acrylic nails and utilize color theory to create customized nail art designs that match client preferences Maintain strict salon safety protocols by adhering to disinfection procedures and sanitation standards to ensure a safe environment for all clients Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, provide expert recommendations, and enhance overall customer satisfaction Promote retail sales of nail care products, skincare items, and other beauty accessories through upselling techniques Assist with esthetic laser treatments, hair styling, eyelash extensions, body waxing, hair threading, and other beauty services as needed Keep detailed records of treatments performed and follow disinfection procedures between appointments to maintain hygiene standards Requirements Proven experience working in the beauty industry as a manicurist or nail technician with knowledge of manicure, pedicure, gel manicures, acrylic nail application, and nail extensions Strong understanding of color theory, nail care techniques, and sanitation practices including disinfection procedures Knowledge of salon safety protocols to ensure a clean and safe environment for clients and staff Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with diverse clientele Familiarity with retail math principles for effective upselling of products and services Ability to perform esthetic laser treatments, hair styling, eyelash extensions, body waxing, hair threading or barbering is a plus but not required Certification in cosmetology or related beauty qualifications preferred but not mandatory; ongoing training is supported Exceptional communication skills combined with a friendly attitude that fosters client loyalty Join us as a Manicurist and bring your passion for beauty into a dynamic environment where every detail matters!
