The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nail care and beauty services, providing exceptional customer service while ensuring a clean and welcoming environment. This role requires proficiency in various nail techniques and the ability to communicate effectively with clients to meet their needs. Duties Perform manicure and pedicure services, including nail shaping, polishing, and enhancements. Provide eyelash extensions and hair threading services as needed. Conduct esthetic laser treatments when applicable. Sanitate tools and workstations according to health and safety regulations. Engage with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable services. Upsell additional services or retail products to enhance the client experience. Maintain accurate records of services performed and retail sales. Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to provide the best service possible. Experience Proven experience as a Nail Technician or in a similar role within the beauty industry. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Knowledge of cosmetology principles, including nail care, skin care, and hair threading techniques. Familiarity with retail math for effective sales tracking and inventory management is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
