The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in advanced nail services and be ready to step into a busy, growing salon environment. Responsibilities Perform manicures, pedicures, nail enhancements, Gel-X, acrylics, and both soft and hard gel services with precision and creativity. Maintain a sanitized workstation and disinfect tools according to state guidelines. Use color theory and product knowledge to recommend styles and shades to clients. Provide exceptional customer service , building rapport and tailoring each service to the client's needs. Upsell services or products to enhance the client experience and increase earnings. Stay up to date with current trends and techniques in nails and nail art. Keep accurate notes on client preferences for future visits. Contribute to a professional, positive team environment .
