Job Summary We are seeking a talented and energetic Nail Technician/Nail Artist to join our vibrant beauty team! In this role, you will deliver exceptional nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail extensions, while creating stunning nail art that leaves clients feeling confident and pampered. Rental or Commission (with use of your own products) Duties Perform a variety of nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel manicures, acrylic nail applications, and nail extensions with precision and artistry Create unique and eye-catching nail designs using color theory principles and artistic techniques Maintain strict salon safety protocols by adhering to sanitation and disinfection procedures for tools and workstations Provide excellent customer service by understanding client preferences, offering professional advice, and ensuring a relaxing experience Educate clients on proper nail care routines and recommend retail products to enhance their at-home maintenance Stay updated on the latest trends in nail art, techniques, and industry standards through ongoing training Skills Strong knowledge of color theory and artistic design principles for creating custom nail art Proficiency in applying various nail enhancements including gel manicures, acrylics, and nail extensions Experience with pedicure services and general nail care practices Familiarity with salon safety protocols, sanitation standards, disinfection procedures. Excellent communication skills for client consultation and building lasting relationships Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Experience working in the beauty industry with a focus on esthetic treatments such as eyelash extensions is a plus .
