WHAT YOU'LL DO

Perform Russian/dry manicures and pedicures , gel, structured manicures, extensions, and nail enhancements. Deliver precise cuticle work, nail preparation, and flawless finishes . Create customized nail art and designs based on each client's style. Provide professional consultations and personalized service throughout every appointment. Educate clients on nail care, maintenance, and recommended products. Maintain an immaculate, sanitized, and organized workstation . Build lasting client relationships through exceptional service, rebooking, and client retention. Stay current with advanced techniques, trends, and ongoing education.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Valid Florida Nail Specialist or Cosmetology License — Required Experience with Russian and/or dry manicure techniques preferred. Strong technical skills and exceptional attention to detail. Professional, polished, reliable, and punctual. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Passion for nails, beauty, and continued education. Ability to work independently while contributing to a positive team environment. A genuine commitment to delivering a luxury client experience. Established clientele is a plus, but not required.
