Duties Perform a variety of nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and attention to detail Provide advanced aesthetic treatments including dermal fillers, chemical peels, and skin rejuvenation procedures when qualified Maintain strict sanitation and sterilization protocols to ensure client safety and hygiene standards are upheld Offer professional product recommendations and retail sales to enhance client satisfaction and support their ongoing beauty routines Manage client appointments efficiently using salon software like Millennium or similar platforms Engage with clients through effective communication, understanding their preferences, and delivering personalized service experiences Assist with front desk responsibilities including guest check-in/out, scheduling appointments, and handling inquiries Skills Extensive experience working in the beauty industry with a focus on nail care and aesthetic treatments Proficiency in salon management software such as Millennium or equivalent systems for scheduling and client records Strong knowledge of sanitation practices, chemical peels, dermabrasion, dermal fillers, Botox (botulinum toxin), and other aesthetic procedures Skilled in social media management for promoting services, showcasing work through product demos, and engaging with clients online Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and build lasting client relationships Ability to perform hair threading, hair extensions, makeup application, eyelash extensions, body waxing, and hair styling as needed Knowledge of retail sales techniques including upselling products related to nail care and skincare treatments Familiarity with salon software such as MINDBODY or similar platforms for appointment booking and client management Strong understanding of color theory for nail art design and aesthetic treatments Experience administering injections for cosmetic purposes or other medical aesthetic procedures is a plus Ability to handle responsibilities at the front desk while maintaining a friendly hospitality-focused attitude Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients alike Join us in creating a luxurious environment where beauty meets innovation!
