Key Responsibilities Perform professional manicures and pedicures with attention to detail and client comfort. Provide gel manicures, acrylic applications, nail enhancements, and extensions. Create beautiful nail art and customized designs based on client preferences. Recommend colors and designs that complement each client's style, skin tone, and individual preferences. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation at all times. Follow all required sanitation, disinfection, sterilization, and salon safety procedures. Consult with clients to understand their needs and provide professional recommendations for nail care and maintenance. Deliver outstanding customer service and create a welcoming, relaxing experience for every client. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients. Stay current with the latest nail trends, techniques, products, and industry standards. Assist with retail sales of nail care, skincare, and beauty products when appropriate. Contribute to a positive, professional, and team-oriented salon environment. Qualifications & Experience Previous experience as a professional Nail Technician or within the beauty industry preferred. Strong knowledge of manicures, pedicures, gel, acrylic, nail extensions, and nail art. Knowledge of proper sanitation and infection-control procedures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to provide friendly, professional, and personalized customer service. A portfolio of previous nail work is a plus. Cosmetology, Nail Technician, or Esthetician certification/license preferred, as applicable. Experience with additional beauty services such as waxing, eyelash extensions, hair styling, or hair extensions is a plus but not required. Retail sales experience is a plus.
