Job Summary Join our CK Nails team as a Nail Technician and bring your passion for beauty, artistry, and client care to life! In this vibrant role, you will provide expert nail services while delivering exceptional guest experiences. Your creativity and technical skills will help clients feel confident and pampered, making every visit memorable. Responsibilities Perform a variety of nail treatments including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and care Maintain strict sanitation and sterilization standards to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable nail designs or treatments Manage appointment schedules efficiently using salon software such as Millennium or similar platforms Stay current with industry trends in nail art, color theory, and new techniques to provide innovative services Assist with front desk duties, including greeting guests, managing client communication, and handling retail sales Skills Proven experience working as a Nail Technician or in the beauty industry with a strong portfolio of nail art and design skills Knowledge of sanitation protocols and sterilization procedures to ensure safety standards are met Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and build rapport with diverse clients Familiarity with salon management software such as Millennium or
MINDBODY
for scheduling and client records Ability to perform advanced aesthetic treatments including dermabrasion, chemical peels, or dermal fillers is a plus Strong management skills to handle multiple appointments while maintaining attention to detail Competence in social media management for promoting services and engaging with clients online We cover most of our nail supplies. We're happy to train you to improve your skills and learn new ones You will be paid in commission or warranty pay depending on your experience and skill level. Technicians must be a certified cosmetologist or nail tech license .
