LCA Lice Technician About Us Lice Clinics of America is the largest professional lice removal service in the world. Our Ramsey clinic is now open, where we provide fast, safe, and effective treatments using our FDA-cleared heated-air technology. We help families get back to life quickly, with same-day service and compassionate care. Position Overview We are seeking a caring, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Lice Treatment Technician. We have a training program, so no need to have prior experience in our industry, but experience in leading people in a service industry is a plus. Our technicians provide head checks and lice treatments to clients of all ages, educate families on prevention, and create a calm, reassuring experience for those going through a stressful situation.

Key Technician Responsibilities:

Perform head checks and operate our FDA-cleared heated-air treatment system. Apply topical treatments and perform comb-outs when needed. Educate clients on lice prevention and aftercare. Maintain a clean, professional clinic environment. Deliver outstanding customer service with empathy and discretion. Lice technicians have the following additional responsibilities: Review of previous day's appointments. Review payments processed correctly/ensure drawer is accurate. Review digital forms in our point-of-sale system. Review daily protection plan renewals. Conduct marketing activities as needed. Review schedule, adjust for staff & time clock. Qualifications Compassionate, patient, and comfortable working with children and families. Detail-oriented and able to follow protocols. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts. Previous experience in childcare, healthcare, hair salons or customer service is a plus, but not required.
