RequirementsLicense Valid Manicuring License required in the State of Ohio. Experience Minimum 3 years of continuous experience , with at least 2 years in a salon setting .

Services include:

classic manicures, pedicures, acrylic, dip, and gel . Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and sanitation in all work areas. Manage appointments and maintain clear communication with clients and management. Additional Duties (include but not limited to): Taking out trash. Wiping down and sanitizing work areas. Vacuuming as needed. Keeping workstation free of dirt and debris. Ensuring all implements are cleaned and sanitized per state guidelines. Scheduling & Availability Flexible scheduling is available, with the opportunity to build a consistent book of clients during high-demand hours. Many technicians find evenings especially productive, as these times tend to attract steady bookings and repeat clients.

Benefits Tiered Commission Structure:

Base 60% commission split , with bonus incentives to unlock higher commission percentages based on performance. 100%
