Responsibilities Lead and supervise night shift staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management to ensure team effectiveness and excellent guest service. Oversee daily operational activities such as facility maintenance, safety protocols, and guest services to guarantee a seamless experience for visitors. Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the night. Coordinate event management activities including setup, execution, and breakdown of special events held during the night shift.
