Role:

Avenir Pilates is a premium reformer Pilates studio built around community, movement, and genuine connection. We're looking for a Studio Manager who doesn't just keep things running, but drives revenue and brings people together on and off the reformer. What You'll Do This role runs 70% driving revenue and 30% operational.

Oversee day-to-day studio operations:

cleanliness, front desk, reformer maintenance, staff and client communication Own the full sales funnel: lead management, intro bookings, member management, and converting drop-ins into memberships Hit daily, monthly, and quarterly sales and studio goals Recruit, train, and lead instructors and front desk staff toward those goals, with real, honest feedback Drive grassroots marketing: local partnerships, community events, and outreach that bring new faces into the studio Client communication across calls, texts, and emails, plus front desk duties and studio announcements Day-to-day operations: cleanliness, reformer maintenance, supplies and inventory, and keeping the studio aligned with Avenir's brand standards Available some nights and weekends as needed for classes, events, and coverage Who You Are A true Pilates person, you practice it, you believe in it, and you can talk about it with real credibility A true Pilates person, you practice it, you believe in it, and you can talk about it with real credibility Extroverted and warm, you light up a room and make people feel welcome the second they walk in A natural culture-builder who gets everyone involved, staff and clients alike Results-driven and goal-oriented, motivated by hitting numbers and not just showing up Confident selling and converting, in person and over the phone, without it ever feeling pushy Comfortable leading a team toward shared sales and studio goals Organized enough to run the business side of a studio without losing the people-first energy Calm, dependable, and protective of the Avenir brand and space

Details Schedule:

Part-time, 20-25 hours/week

Compensation:

$28-32 hourly + commission, depends on experience

Silverlake, Glassell Park, and Burbank Pay:

$28.00 - $32.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 25.0 per week
