What You'll Do Team Management:
Recruit/interview with ownership; build weekly schedules; manage swaps/requests; ensure peak-time coverage; maximize utilization.
Sales Leadership:
Set monthly goals, run daily huddles, coach membership/retail closes and pre-scheduling, and execute promotions.
Reporting & Accountability:
Deliver weekly sales dashboards, bi-weekly payroll checks, month-end results, and adjust strategies to meet annual targets.
Guest Experience & Recovery:
Model guest-journey script, resolve issues promptly, protect NPS/reviews, and celebrate successes.
Compliance & Cleanliness:
Maintain clean, stocked, and sanitized rooms/retreat areas; ensure current licenses/regulations; remain inspection-ready.
Inventory & Vendors:
Track/order back-bar and retail, manage pars and shrink, and partner with approved vendors.
Community & Marketing Support:
Manage school/local outreach, attend job fairs, and support email/social requests and in-house events. Work with a team that values professionalism, kindness, and growth What You'll Bring 2+ years of management/supervisory experience (spa, beauty, fitness, or hospitality). Proven sales success (membership/subscription, retail add-ons, promotions). Strong scheduling, coaching, and communication skills; handles pressure well. Proficient in technology (POS/booking, spreadsheets, basic reporting); organized and detail-oriented.
