What Your Day-to-Day Looks Like:
Lead the
Floor:
Support daily operations, from managing the appointment book in Zenoti to ensuring every guest leaves feeling like a million bucks.
Coach & Mentor:
Use the IGROW model to help fellow stylists hit their goals and grow their careers. Keep it
Clean & Compliant:
You'll help ensure the salon meets all State Board and OSHA standards—because a safe salon is a successful salon.
Marketing Pro:
Help execute local partnerships and digital campaigns to keep those chairs full and the brand buzzing. The "Must-Haves" (Requirements):
The License:
You must have a current Cosmetology license for the state where you're applying.
The Commitment:
This is a full-time leadership role (minimum 40 hours per week).
The Hustle:
You'll need the physical stamina to stand for long periods and the dexterity to perform all salon services with precision.
The Skills:
Previous leadership experience is a plus, but a great attitude, basic math skills (for inventory/cash), and stellar communication are non-negotiable.
