Venue Manager

Venue Manager Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the venue, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
• Manage and coordinate events, including scheduling, setup, and breakdown
• Supervise and train staff members, providing guidance and support as needed
• Maintain a high level of customer service, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise
• Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as necessary
• Work directly with clients answering questions and implementing their wishes

Requirements:

• Previous experience in hospitality or event management is required
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
• Proficient in computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite
