Duties Operate industrial sewing machines, including serging and embroidery equipment, to assemble garments and upholstery items efficiently and accurately Measure fabric materials and finished products using measuring instruments to ensure precise dimensions in accordance with specifications Cut fabric manually with precision tools, following detailed patterns and measurements to optimize material usage and maintain quality standards in production Construct garments through seam construction techniques, ensuring durability, proper fit, and aesthetic appeal Handle materials safely within the warehouse environment, adhering to safety standards in production at all times Inspect finished products against quality standards, checking for consistency in stitching, measurements, and overall craftsmanship Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all sewing equipment is properly maintained and safety standards are upheld Skills Proficiency with measuring instruments and fabric materials to achieve accurate cuts and seams Strong knowledge of garment sewing, seam construction, and upholstery techniques Experience operating industrial sewing machines, including serging, embroidery machines, and standard sewing machines Ability to manually cut fabric with precision while following detailed patterns Familiarity with quality standards in production to ensure consistent product excellence Understanding of safety standards in manufacturing environments to prevent accidents or injuries Warehouse experience is a plus, demonstrating comfort working in a fast-paced production setting Join us as a Seamstress and bring your craftsmanship to life!
