Job Description

Tiger Adventure Vehicles has an immediate opening for a Carpenter/Fit and Finish Technician. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Fabricate and install headliners and small trim pieces throughout the camper. Install windows. Install couch and seat upholstery / systems. Remove, modify, and re-install factory truck interiors. Stain and paint cabinetry. Fabricate and install custom build center consoles and pass though platforms. Install warning and instructional decals. Ensure end product exceeds all QC standards and is ready for delivery. Perform final testing. Assist with caulk and seal of interior and exterior of campers. Assist with modifications to truck cabs (removing rear glass, cutting, and modifying truck cab) Must be able to work independently and produce first class results with the utmost attention to quality workmanship. Ensure production deadlines are met. Adhere to all safety policies and procedures. Work well with other team members, and assist in other areas of production as needed. Attention to detail a must. Maintain a positive "can-do" attitude with a willingness to learn.
Experience:
This position requires experience with cutting heavy fabrics and foam backed headliners, then applying them to wood panels. Sewing is not required, but experience with sewing is preferred. Experience measuring and cutting fabrics. Experience with spray adhesives. Experience with carpentry. Automotive, RV, or Marine upholstery experience is heavily preferred. Pay range is $18-25 depending on experience.
