Atlanta Motorsports Park (AMP) is seeking friendly, dependable, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Part-Time Front Gate Attendants.
IMPORTANT SCHEDULING REQUIREMENTS
This position requires flexible availability. Applicants must be available to work a variety of shifts based on business needs, including: Daytime shifts Afternoon shifts Early evening shifts Weekends - REQUIRED Select open holidays Shift times and hours will vary based on AMP's operating schedule, events, and staffing needs. This is not an evening-only or after-school position. Applicants must have some flexibility to work daytime hours as well as afternoon and early evening shifts. Weekend availability is a condition of this position. Position Overview The Front Gate Attendant is often the first point of contact for members and guests arriving at Atlanta Motorsports Park. This position is responsible for providing a friendly and professional welcome, processing guest check-ins and required waivers, providing directions and information, and helping maintain a safe and organized entry experience. Key Responsibilities Greet members and guests in a friendly and professional manner. Process guest check-ins and required waivers/signatures. Provide clear directions and assistance to guests entering the facility. Maintain knowledge of AMP offerings, policies, events, and facility layout. Answer guest questions and escalate concerns to management when necessary. Maintain a clean and organized gate and work area. Follow all AMP policies, procedures, and safety requirements. Attend required department meetings and training sessions. Assist with other Front Gate operational needs as assigned. What We're Looking For Dependable and punctual Strong customer service and communication skills Professional and friendly demeanor Comfortable working in a fast-paced and sometimes loud environment Able to remain attentive and detail-oriented when processing guest entry requirements Reliable transportation Flexible availability for varying shifts Required weekend availability Ability to work select open holidays Prior customer service experience preferred, but not required Physical & Work Environment Requirements Ability to bend, reach, turn, climb, and lift approximately 35-50 lbs. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, and rain. Pre-Employment Requirements Pre-employment drug screening required. Valid driver's license and acceptable 3-year Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) required. Pay:
$13.00 per hour Expected hours: 10.0 - 29.0 per week
