The ideal candidate will be passionate about preserving cherished memories and ensuring that the most beautiful moments last a lifetime. This role involves expert cleaning, inspection, repair, and preservation of wedding gowns, as well as providing exceptional customer service and maintaining detailed documentation. Responsibilities Perform meticulous cleaning of wedding gowns using specialized techniques to remove stains, dirt, and any other imperfections while preserving delicate fabrics. Conduct thorough inspections to identify damages or loose threads on wedding gowns. Perform necessary repairs, ensuring each gown is returned to its pristine condition. Utilize state-of-the-art preservation methods and materials to safeguard wedding gowns against yellowing, discoloration, and fabric deterioration. Interact with clients to understand their specific requests, answer inquiries, and provide expert advice on gown care and preservation. Maintain detailed records of each gown, documenting the cleaning and preservation processes undertaken. Keep accurate inventory of gowns in the facility. Implement rigorous quality control measures to guarantee the highest standards in gown cleaning and preservation services. Provide excellent customer service, addressing client concerns, and ensuring their complete satisfaction with our services. Qualifications Proven experience as a Wedding Gown Cleaning and Preservation Specialist or similar role. Extensive knowledge of different fabrics and materials used in wedding gowns. Exceptional attention to detail and manual dexterity. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time. Understanding of preservation trends and techniques in the bridal industry.
