Requirements:

• 6 months customer service experience
• Experience using cloud base software

Additional Info:

• 30 hours of Radiology safety class is required to be completed in order to take and restrain for radiographs. Employer will cover the cost
• Oregon law does limit what untrained personnel can do in a veterinary clinic setting

Preferred:

• Veterinary Tech/ Assistant experience

Job Duties:

• Draw blood and run diagnostics on IDEXX equipment
• Place IV catheters
• Assisting in exam rooms and cleaning rooms
• Going over discharge instructions
• Post anesthesia recovery (Only for those with previous technician experience)

Hours:

• Parttime (20 hours per week)
• Days and hours vary (Days would often be Thursday & Fridays 7:45 a.m
• 6:00.p.m
• potentially)
• Other days may be needed for relief

Pay:

• Depends on experience
• Starting wages at $15.

50 with no experience and $17.00 and above with experience, depending on experience or CVT/RVT license and have radiation safety course completed and passed
