We are a fast-paced, client-focused hospital dedicated to providing high-quality medical care while fostering strong relationships with our clients and their pets. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about animals and interested in growing within the veterinary field. About the Role This position blends both reception and hands-on assistant responsibilities. The ideal candidate is organized, personable, and comfortable working with both clients and pets in a busy clinical environment. Key Responsibilities Greet clients and patients warmly and escort them to exam rooms Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage client communication Obtain patient weights and confirm appointment details Process invoices and review discharge instructions with clients Assist veterinarians and staff during exams and procedures Safely restrain patients for examinations, treatments, and radiology Prepare and maintain exam rooms and surgical areas Assist with radiology and basic laboratory tasks as needed Prepare medications under veterinary supervision Clean and maintain hospital areas throughout the day Provide comfort and reassurance to anxious patients Educate clients on preventative care, treatments, and post-procedure instructions What We're Looking For Strong customer service and communication skills Comfort and confidence handling dogs and cats Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment A positive attitude and willingness to learn Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic Punctuality and reliable transportation Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent

Required:
