Job Description
Are you an outgoing person who loves helping pets and their owners? Do you have awesome communication and strong organizational skills? If so, the Internal Medicine department at Metropolitan Veterinary Hospital may be a great fit! We're looking for an energetic and motivated individual to act as our Client Liaison. In this position, you will be the primary point of contact for our many long-term clients. Some of your job duties will include: Speaking to clients and relaying messages to the doctors and technical teams Calling in prescriptions and approving prescription requests on the Chewy portal Helping with much of the department's administrative work Helping the technical team with medical records and ensuring we have all necessary records prior to appointment's Relaying messages to our clients as directed by the technical team and/or doctors Cleaning and stocking as needed.
