About Us:
Oakridge Equine Hospital located in Edmond, OK is looking for a full-time motivated and energetic individual to support our busy and growing twelve doctor practice that includes 5 boarded equine surgeons, 1 boarded large animal internist and 6 veterinary interns. As a high-volume equine referral practice, we are seeking a candidate who can deliver excellent patient care, naturally has an eagerness to learn, and will grow with our team. What we are looking for? The ideal candidate must have a passion for horses and a solid knowledge of horse handling in addition to these skills: A team player who enjoys a fast-paced environment and can think critically on your feet A staff member who can remain composed in stressful and emotional situations Great verbal and written communication skills An individual who is dependable, demonstrates initiative, and has a strong work ethic A candidate who has experience in veterinary medicine is a definitive plus! Compensation & Benefits:
Hourly pay is commensurate with experience.
