In this role, you'll provide endodontic and general dental services, including exams, diagnostics, root canals, and restorative care, supported by advanced technology and an experienced clinical team. Responsibilities Provide patient-centered endodontic and general dental care, including diagnosis and treatment planning Perform root canals, retreatments, and related endodontic procedures to a high clinical standard Conduct comprehensive exams, interpret imaging, and present treatment options clearly to patients Maintain accurate, timely clinical records and ensure compliance with all dental regulations and standards Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and front office teams to deliver coordinated care Educate patients on oral health, prevention, and post-treatment care instructions Utilize modern dental technology and equipment safely and effectively Participate in quality assurance, peer collaboration, and continuing education to maintain clinical excellence Required Skills Endodontic treatment (root canals, retreatments, apical surgery) Dental diagnostics and treatment planning Digital radiography and CBCT interpretation Local anesthesia and pain management Infection control and OSHA compliance Electronic dental records (EDR) documentation Restorative dentistry fundamentals Patient communication and case presentation Medical/dental triage and emergency management Interdisciplinary collaboration within multi-site practices
