Safely handle and restrain patients while helping keep them comfortable. Prepare exam rooms, treatment areas, instruments, and supplies for patient care. Welcome clients and patients with warmth, professionalism, and compassion. Answer phones, schedule appointments, and respond to client questions. Assist clients during check-in and check-out and process payments accurately. Maintain accurate client and patient information and document communication appropriately. Help keep front-desk, treatment, and common areas clean, organized, and welcoming. Move between clinical and reception responsibilities based on the needs of the hospital. Collaborate with teammates to keep daily hospital operations organized and efficient. Help create an excellent experience for pets and the people who love them.
